Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of sole
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 100 ml thick sour cream
  • 1 dose of saffron (approximately 0.1 g)
  • 100 ml of fish stock
  • 1 tbsp. tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
